Unless you booked your flight with TrueBlue tickets, the adjustment or cancelation charge associated with your ticket's cash value will have to be payable. According to JetBlue Cancellation policy, if you used 10,000 points to offset a $130 fare but then needed to cancel it, you'd pay a $100 cancelation fee because the fare's cash value would fall between the $100-$149.99 tier. The points you used to buy the fare will then be deposited back into your TrueBlue account after doing so.
