Responsible for managing and supervising an efficient and profitable service/workshop operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage and supervise an efficient and profitable service/workshop operation.

• Assists all the service advisors and receptionist during rush hours as needed

• Plan and coordinate workshop service campaign activities

• Select and train key and staffs personnel

• Establish financial operation objectives, prepare monthly and yearly forecast.

• Use appropriate tool/system to control the workshop performance including:

• Daily operating control

• Efficiency, productivity, utilization report

• Comeback/return report

• Customer satisfaction program report

• Monthly forecasts

• Select and train key and staffs personnel

• Resolve difficult customer complaints

• Maintain efficient personnel and customer records

• Should be able to prepare 1-year strategy plan
