 b) From 5 to 10 years’ experience on the same field

 c) Good communication skills

 d) Steel structure technical background with sites and technical coordination skills 

 e) Contractual background 

 f) High Leadership skills controlling sites manpower productivities and equipment’s 

 g) Good planning and cost control experience monitoring the project budget against the site on going expenses 

 h) Monitoring the site progress against the project programs, implement the mitigation measures if required 

 i) Good experience with the sites lifting and access equipment, capable to provide lifting plans and erection methodologies 

 j) Computer skills

 k) Cladding installation experience 

 2- Contraction manager
