Branches Supervisor

We are F&B Company based in Dubai. The company has three kiosks specialize in desserts (waffles, pancakes and crepe) we looking for a dynamic branches supervisor with the following criteria's:

• F&B experience for at least 3 years with a knowledge waffle and pancakes.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Good Microsoft knowledge in excel, power point and word.

• Monitors product sales.

• Develops F&B marketing and promotions plan.

• Manage the staff affairs (Shifts, Salaries, Bounces, training.etc)

• Develops brochure and property collateral materials.

• Evaluates new marketing opportunities for the property.

• Responsibility for hands on interaction within social media presences (facebook, twitter etc)

• The ability to guide employees through training, coaching and feedback to perform at a high level that is consistent with the brand.

• Organizational skills and strong sense of urgency

• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.

• Maintains, updates, and manages all web sites

• Able to work under pressure and independently
